Upgrade
Access more features and benefits for an additional cost. Simply pay the difference in the one-time fee and adjust to the new monthly rate moving forward. To do this, you can choose from the upgrade options below, and submit your additional payment information. Once you upgrade, your monthly membership fee will update to be the same day each month that you upgraded. For example, if you upgrade on May 10th, then you will be charged each month on the 10th thereafter regardless of when you were being charged in your previous membership plan.
Downgrade
You can downgrade anytime. You will not be reimbursed for any past one-time or recurring payments, but your new monthly rate will be the new amount moving forward. You don't have to pay any one-time fee to downgrade, but if you cancel and rejoin instead of downgrading, you will need to pay a one-time fee again if you would ever like to rejoin the community. If you downgrade to a lower tier, and would like to upgrade again at a later date, you can do so without needing to pay any additional one-time fee again since you already paid the one-time fee previously for the higher tier (reach out to us if this sounds like you).
Cancel
You can cancel your membership anytime from your profile account settings. There will be no future payments owed and no refunds given for cancellations.
