Yes, all members can participate in challenges, as challenges are open to our entire community. Occasionally, our team will run challenges for our community to participate in to push people to take action and accomplish goals. These challenges are optional and there may or may not be prizes depending on the challenge. We see challenges as a way to encourage our community members to push themselves and grow their personal brands.

No refunds are provided, but members can cancel anytime to stop future payments. You can cancel your subscription from inside your account profile. If you need help canceling, please email us at [email protected] and we can process the cancelation for you.

You are free to upgrade your account at any time. To upgrade, you will simply pay the difference in the one-time fee and adjust to the new monthly rate going forward. To do this, you can sign into your membership portal, click the button to update your membership, choose the tier you would like to upgrade to, and submit your additional payment information. Once you upgrade, your monthly membership fee will update immediately to be this new day each month. For example, if you upgrade on May 10th, then you will be charged each month on the 10th thereafter regardless of when you were being charged in your previous membership plan. You can downgrade your membership at any time. You will not be reimbursed for any past one-time or recurring payments, but your new monthly rate will be your new membership payment amount moving forward. You don't have to pay any one-time fee to downgrade, but if you cancel and rejoin instead of downgrading, you will need to pay a one-time fee again if you would ever like to rejoin in the future. If you downgrade to a lower tier, and would like to upgrade again at a later date, you can do so without needing to pay any additional one-time fee again since you already paid the one-time fee previously for the higher tier. The one-time fee serves several important purposes. Firstly, it ensures that members are committed to our community for the long term, fostering a stable and continuous environment. We want to discourage people from joining who plan to quit within the first few months. Secondly, it prevents the scenario where individuals join for just one month, perhaps to attend a particular industry expert call, and then cancel their membership immediately after. Such actions are unfair to our committed members and we would like to discourage people with this type of intention from joining our community.

You are welcome to rejoin the program at any time. If you cancel and decide to rejoin later, the one-time fee for your chosen tier will need to be paid again to reactivate your membership. None of your prior payments will go toward your new membership. Yes, we reserve the right to adjust membership pricing. Current members won't be required to pay any increase of the one-time fee, but will be subject to any new monthly rates. No refunds are provided if members choose to cancel their membership after the membership pricing changes.

The program is always virtual unless stated otherwise. At the moment, there is only one in-person retreat per year, which is available exclusively to Inferno tier members.
